Is this estimate accurate?
It's calibrated against ARA Reno's last 18 months of completed Manitoba projects. The range you see is what 80% of similar jobs land within. After a free site visit, we issue a fixed-price written quote — that price is locked.
Why a range and not one number?
Two identical-sqft kitchens can vary by $20K depending on cabinet brand, countertop material, and electrical scope. The range shows the realistic span; your fixed quote will land at one number.
Do you require a large down payment?
No. Our deposit is 15% on signing — just enough to lock your start date and order long-lead materials. The remaining 85% is paid as we hit visible milestones you can see and verify.
What if costs change mid-project?
They don't, unless you change the scope. Any change order is quoted in writing and signed by you before work proceeds. No surprise invoices, ever.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — through partner lenders (OAC) for projects over $15,000. Ask us about 0% intro promotional rates currently available.
Are permits really included?
Yes. We pull all required City of Winnipeg permits (or your local municipality) and coordinate inspections. The permit fee is built into the estimate base.
